Jean Philippe Prosper

Jean Philippe Prosper is an Independent Director on the boards of various companies

Until the end of 2015, Prosper was Vice President for Global Services at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group.

In that capacity, he co-led all of IFC’s investment operations (totaling around $20 billion a year), and advisory services, managing more than 2,400 staff.
He also supervised a portfolio of more than $70 billion.

Ugochukwu Ozemela, is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer with over 13 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector, mainly focused on providing technical solutions for the effective management of oil and gas facilities in the upstream sector.

In addition to his achievements with Shell International, Ugo is the Vice Chairman of Pamela Eze Global Foundation (PEGF), a nongovernmental organization focused on making comprehensive eye care and training solutions accessible to all people in the society, a Non-Executive Director of Sahel Telecoms Limited and a board member of DIMA consults.

Olushola Olanrewaju

Board Member

Olushola Olanrewaju, is a finance professional with about 20 years’ experience spanning the Banking and Oil and Gas industry. His experience covers, risk management, business performance management, strategy and portfolio planning across global value chains and assets in West and Central Africa, Middle East and South East Asia. He also worked in Investment Banking and with the Central Bank of Nigeria overseeing regulatory compliance.

He is currently a member on the advisory committee of Academics Stand Against Poverty (ASAP) West Africa and a board member of several companies across Africa.

He currently provides governance in various entities including the Skills for Oil and Gas Africa (SOGA) Steering Board, Board Director - British Chamber of Commerce Kenya, Advisory Board Member - Open for Business, Board Member - Daraja Kenya Initiative, and Board Chair – Koncepts & Events Ltd.
