What we do

We are a large grower and exporter of fresh horticulture produce from the beautiful and picturesque country of Rwanda. We own and cultivate two large farms in Rwanda farms (in Rwamagana and Nyanza Provinces) and we also manage a network of over 60 out-growers.

Our key export crops are Green Chillies, Habanero Hot Peppers, French Beans, Avocados, Passion Fruit, and Spring Onions. 

Our main export markets are United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, and the Middle East. 

We are a Global GAP (GLOBALG.A.P.) IFA Farmer. 

We also supply pesticides and fertilisers to farmers across East Africa.

Mr. Seun Rasheed

Founder and Managing Director

SOUK Investment Group is led by the Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Oluwaseun (Seun) Rasheed, a seasoned Economist with over 10 years International Business Development experience.

Having led renowned international organizations in investing in new business opportunities and in the event of his numerous travels across the globe, Seun identified an opportunity to utilize his expertise in developing a sustainable business solution in the strategic production and distribution of agricultural produce in Rwanda.


Mr. Ugochukwu Ozemela

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Ugochukwu Ozemela, is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer with over 13 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector, mainly focused on providing technical solutions for the effective management of oil and gas facilities in the upstream sector.

In addition to his achievements with Shell International, Ugo is the Vice Chairman of Pamela Eze Global Foundation (PEGF), a nongovernmental organization focused on making comprehensive eye care and training solutions accessible to all people in the society, a Non-Executive Director of Sahel Telecoms Limited and a board member of DIMA consults.

He has renowned investment acumen and an infectious passion to provide impactful solutions to technical problems, thereby making the world a better place, one solution at a time.


Mr Olukayode Orepitan

Non-Executive Director

Mr Olukayode Orepitan joined SOUK as Director with vast and extensive knowledge of the aviation sector globally.

Recognizing the significant challenge of providing a sustainable and efficient logistic solution to the agricultural platform, Kayode is an invaluable member of the SOUK Investment Group board. 


Mrs. Obiocha Eze-Emaeyak

Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Obiocha (Obi) Ikezogwo, is an excellent commercial professional whose business acumen spans extractive industries.

A self-styled intelligent fanatic who loves building and watching things grow, Obi describes her approach to business as ‘eyes on the prize; hands on the deal; nose to the money'.

In her role as Managing Director of P3rman3nt Ecw33ty Ltd, Obi invests in great businesses with enduring competitive advantage, run by committed managers.

Amongst other successes, Obi holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from IE Business School and a Diploma in Oil and Gas Law from CEPMLP, Dundee.


Mr. Fred Rwigamba

Director of Finance and Operations

Fred Rwigamba is vital to the day to day operations of SOUK Investment Group activities in Rwanda.

As Head of Finance and Operations for SOUK, Fred enables the seamless fiscal, operational and human resource management for our entire operations. 

Fred joined SOUK with solid process and fiscal management skills through his extensive prior experience with the Supreme Audit Institution of Rwanda (SAI), coupled with his extensive experience in Finance and Audit with various private and public sector institutions across East Africa. 

Fred’s interest and commitment to the development of Agribusiness in Rwanda is unrivalled. He is one of the Founding Members of the Horticulture Exporters Association of Rwanda (HEAR) and is currently the Treasurer for the Association.
